Thank you very much for this. I think my $1/per share estimate was high. Lol.

I see Crazy freaking out and attacking Pierre on your post. He still does not get it.

Nonetheless, get ready for a substantial issuer bid from BN.....it really will put Flatt's public comments on real estate to the test. I own a good chunk of my portfolio in BN.
