RE:RE:RE:Employees

RE:RE:RE:EmployeesFrenchie18473,

There is absolutely nothing for Hugues Jacquemin et al to communicate.
For a brief moment there I actually expected the "PorocarbTM" candidate product license and the purchase of the R&D assets and capabilities from Heraeus Group was a tangible deliverable.
I waited and waited for follow-up news release which would actually confirm such news as being considered a tangible deliverable; and yet, it just never came.

What follows is something which everybody and their cousins are now communicating for one another.

What Hugues Jacquemin purchased was in part a license to a mere potential candidate battery maerial additive which Heraeus Group representatives didn't finish developing after 10 years
"PorocarbTM" is merely "a candidate product" because it has not been fully and finally developed and adequately performance tested by or on behalf of any potential battery materials manufacturer and/or battery cells manufacturer as yet and is therefore not "commercially viable"; this after 10 years of so called development by and on behalf of Heraeua Group.

10 years! Say it again. 10 years and not one customer willing to buy and employ within battery cell anodes a mere 100 tpa of such supposedly high-performance porous hard carbon additive coating material

Hugues Jacquemin utilized an as yet untold amount of company assets to go about purchasing  what may as well be a bag of hockey pucks and a couple of far too well used and not ever washed jockstraps - without the cup ,
It was yet another entirely odiferous endevor on the part of Hugues Jacquemin et al and clearly a massive waste of company assets (exactly what the determined monetary value of such assets is was simply not declared) leveraged in undertaking such a worth less purchase.
