There is a large shareholder getting out that is pushing the SP down, but then insiders are financing at these cheap prices, which I'm ok with as we need the funding for "accelerating the downstream project planning and further investigation of the Moly due to increasing interest in the material domestically."

Which to me, is really exciting news, more than we are giving credit for right now as part of this NR. This is the original Sangdong plan, plus ofiicially advancing the downstream AND moly. We are now entering Sangdong + +!!!

If it costs cheap financing (by insiders of all people), I'm good with it! Ans it is for a little amount of money.

I also wonder if this spells the end (or close) of the selling and that they timed this NR.

The fun starts here!

Is there a universe where insiders could have been keeping the price down for the sake of this financing round and now the brakes are officially off?

Or am I reaching on that thought?

Very exciting times ahead either way!

Yes!!!  In my opinion that universe totally exists.  I think we'll start seeing proof of that this coming week.

They'll probably take out the seller from velocity or maybe that ask will dissapear.  We shall see. . .

New 52 week high this month?  Here's hoping!
