Thanks a lot CravingProfits! Very helpful, and clarifies things a lot!

After this, I'd say to the original poster, we don't know how Mark is compensating the team. Seems like it's a good way to encourage and incentivise the team to make this a successful project, and keep them on, at least for a little longer. Last I checked the SP was 1.43.
