Good morning Crazy,

I tried. I said 60 seconds not 8 hours. For my own edification, I went all the way back to 2016 and reviewed the guarantee docs again. I am satisfied with my understanding of the guarantee.

Go look at your first post on BPO on April 4, 2023......its been a year and you still are not satisfied about the guarantee. I can only encourage you to go satisfy yourself or just move on.
