As I've said from the beginning, the embargo has been sinking this ship since the Helms-Burton Act Title III situation with Trump and carried through with Biden. The USA is pushing regime change through political pressure. Sherritt's fortunes are in the balance and the situation is dire given the state of the worlds economies.
