THAT that SP is the POINT....Polar. the valuation under @$2 bucks with over 40 newswires in 12 months inclusive feasibility study.
Nothing to do with incentive and encouragement to grant options to buy CNC stocks.

My post is SP was manipulated, THE RETRACT, for valuation the shorts, the push to move THE SP down far enuf for a convenient OPTIONS @1.46.
Options granted is a PROCESS.
That process is the VALUATION per share. '
That process IMO should have had a HIGHER VALUE.
Do I need to articulate ANY FURTHER in detail against my WILL for the greater good of the bb, polar? Telling me the ORIGINAL poster that options are a good incentive for employees has BUPCAS to do with understanding my last weeks posts.

After this, I'd say to the original poster, we don't know how Mark is compensating the team. Seems like it's a good way to encourage and incentivise the team to make this a successful project, and keep them on, at least for a little longer. Last I checked the SP was 1.43
