RE:RE:RE:US MSOs vs Canadian LPsIt is not the job of Tilray Brands or any other Cannabis company to run the black market out of business.  This job falls to law enforcement.  That battle will not be solved overnight and will require time.  I would hesitate to say how long it will take but it's reasonable to expect that criminals will always be around trying to sell drugs from now until any foreseeable future, it's just the nature of things 

Tilray is producing quality products which would be very difficult for illegal producers to copy without large investments into equipment and skilled workers.  Those workers would have to get paid pretty darn good to take changes with being caught up with an illegal operation.

Medical cannabis licenses are out of reach for illegals so those sales are protected.

The market will likely develop along the same lines as when alcohol was legalized after prohibition in the US. It all takes time and patience but those who got in prior to alcohol legalizing likely did extremely well as long as they held through the turmoil thrown at them by the markets
