There are more filings today, thus time for Directors. Unlike the officers, directors get Restricted Rights.  

My point was that when someone posted here that there is insiders buying, and someone else commented that it is such a great thing, I double checked and found that recent filings show a lot of activity but none is buying in the open market. 

How generous are these bonuses given the stock price performance compared to its peers and if we'll deserved, is a different discussion.
