Government Creating awareness

Government Creating awarenessSeems like the perfect storm is brewing, you have the Federal Government on the news trying to create housing opportunities, offering lower interest rates, incentives, etc. to developers to help with the housing crunch. Add to that the BC Provincial gov. trying to get development going, and its creating significant awareness. GEC is in an enviable position, as they have so manty properties under various stages of development. Not only can they take advantage of all the incentives helping to reduce costs, they will also win with the development process being more fast tracked.
I suspect there will be many eyes on GEC from major developers, pension funds, large investors, and shareholders.
With all that's in the news, we may finally see this company trading at a decent price.
Good luck everyone, just wanted to share some insights.
Anyone else share my optimism?
