I am not and expert but here is my opinion:
Most probably from the same trading house, to keep the lid down and see if the can get a few more at .02.

A way of eliminating this if for someone to buy the whole 123,000 @ .025 which is not much as = $ 3075 to either force that trading hose to sell more at low price or to break the lid.
I am personally loaded and have a low av.
At this time I am just in the waiting mood and do not need to buy more now so someone else it’s going to have to move the pendulum
