Information Circular and AGM meeting announcement 2024Just got this years report in the mail.
Amazing to me that Gigi Loo (Cheung's wife) is allowed to act as "corporate secretary".
Also amazed that Cheungster has given himself a 15% increase in total compensation for 2023 vs 2022.  The company has done so very well, guess Gigi figured he deserved it.
Just amazed they can show their faces anywhere.
