Think about it, if he is committed to 3 cuts this year and beleives inflation would continue to come down, you can assume the FIX is in.  No hes not against Biden working oppposite in policy, fed officials, government and yellen are all in bed together.   

Because if hes wrong and he cant cut, cause inflation goes back up, he losses credibility and that the hikes are even working....the final 50bp last june has accomplished almost nothing year over year rate is the same
