Zorg, many moons ago, I stood my ground and declared our worth at a minimum of $100 an ounce in the ground. You were polite but dismissive of this claim! This might be the only time I get to say this but- I told you so! The transaction you refer to are proving this up and speak well for our future value. I am glad to see you out of retirement and hope all is well. My question now turns to this, at current market POG in the ground ($100 or better). which becomes the better buy? Teuton or Tudor? 60% of Treaty Creek is starting to look pretty appetizing! Wallace
