3 Baie Comeau no money to buy the property, should be featured on the Disney channel under FANTASYLAND. They have about as much chance of building a 200000 ton anode plant in Baie Comeau as Justin Trudeau has in fixing the climate.
4 Porocarb well they took over a product with no revenue and salary expenses.
5 Operation of LDI mine. Losses quarter after quarter and I think I heard Hugues suggest they might build another plant at LDI to do 50k tons a year.
6 No money to build Nambia or Bissett nor addition to LDI.
Hugues and his big ideas are not practical nor believable and the market is speaking loudly.
The January 18 presentation takes the CAKE. They all said,
"We are excited to be part of Northern" led by the CEO and repeated by 3 others. They said it with the enthusiasm of someone who was about to have to clean out porta potties for the rest of their lives.
IF YOU MISSED IT THE PRESENTATION IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE. If you are going to watch it have a garbage can next to you as the professionalism may make you sick.
The solution, BOD needs to start acting in the interests of shareholders and knocking Hugues of the pedestal they have placed him on. They need to identify one project and get it done before running around looking for another potential deal. My suggestion would be financing for Namibia and getting that into production.
They need to direct Hugues to focus on getting one thing across the goal line.
In the meantime they need to reduce expenses. Does anyone think having the CEO and CFO work out of the Canadian would cut travel expenses.
Since Pav Jordan was hired on April 11 2023 the share price closed at 55 cents it is now 16.5 cents. The BOD and their direction to management are to blame for the train wreck that is the loss in market cap along with the CEO not being able to execute.
I would make the difficult decision to eliminate the VP of Comunications at this time. Expenses need to be reduced.
