WOW. Can't believe the 'magnitude' of your outright lies. 

OGI is effectively debt free and is already making shipments to Germany where BAT has an established presence. 

Don't know exactly why they chose to go to market financing but they are flush for cash so I'm pretty sure they've got something up their sleeve.

Surprised but not freaked out. 

Just chill.
