RE:Existing ShareholdersBNG2...For what it's worth, I'm a long time shareholder with a decent-sized position. I was in Tennessee last week and arranged with Greg to tour the facility. Rick spent close to an hour with me explaining the process and answering my questions. I also spent some time with the plant supervisor. There was an issue with the auto feed system a few weeks ago, that caused some delays. The unit was built by the manufacturer with a fabric "iris" that opens and closes to regulate the flow of feedstock. Unfortunately, the feedstock was too abrasive and kept ripping the fabric. The plant staff improvised and used a sleeve, hoping that would correct the issue...it didn't. Finally, another employee suggested installing a manual valve and that seems to have corrected things. Two points here...first, this is a brand new system that hasn't been done before. There are no blueprints to follow. There are bound to be glitches, but the Company figured out a way around the issue and got it going again. I was impressed with the initiative of the employee that suggested the fix and also with local Management for listening to and acting on the suggestion by a staff member...without letting egos get in the way. All I can tell you is that Rick and the other staff that I saw and spoke to seemed genuinely positive and passionate about the process. They all seemed to be busy and moving with a purpose, not sitting around and grumbling or talking doom and gloom. In fact, I believe they hired 2 more staff a couple of weeks ago. I left with a better feeling about things than I had going into the tour. That's not a guarantee of anything...just my perception of how things are at the "boots on the ground" level...
