RE:SOLD

RE:SOLDI sold as well, but I actually bought a great deal of Alamos stock with the proceeds. I figure management at Alamos is competent, and the company made one helluva acquisition here. I ended up taking a very small loss, fractions of a penny per share, but I like Alamos upside a lot better after the deal than before. Alamos made themselves a powerhouse with this deal imho. I could've waited, but I figured I'll take a tiny loss now. Amazing deal for Alamos, plus Alamos will own a portion of the spinoff anyway. What cemented it for me was the 50 million bought deal financing included in the deal. This would be the second time Argonaut has diluted since I owned the stock, and I don't take kindly to that sort of thing. If the whole amount was at the premium I might have stuck it out, but to me Alamos got all the upside here and still has room to make moves to increase growth.

Just my opinions, I also wish all involved well in their future endeavors.

I strongly urge any reading to stock up on physical precious metals. God ain't making any more of it and if you have a firm foundation in real assets, it gives you the peace of mind to make bold moves when needed.

Peace
