Not once, but twice over the last 12-18 months Perez'soutfit has no tonly hijacked tankers carrying Ptal's oil but he has kidnapped their Brazilian crews and held these Brazilian nationals as hostages. The last time they smacked a memeber of the peruvian Navy over the head and what happened by the way of punishment? Nadda. That doesn' count the 2 or 3 other times they shut down operations in the few years I have owned this stock. Or the killing that took place before I owned the stock--when Perez and his boys attacked the Ptals oil field with guns as well as spears. Guess that was one of the reasons the stock was in the mid twenty cent range when I began buying it. Nothing ever happens. Perez does what he wants. And for some reason he's not a happy camper when it comes to the evil Ptal. And now Perez and his boys are on the warpath again. Guess we'll see.
