thats whatbi thought as well ... not a very smart move 

Not a math genius but acording to my math for every $1 Alamos goes up between now and the deal closing we get 
$.0185 extra on the actual cash value per share not taking any of the spin off shares into consideration.

so if Alamos sits at $23.45 when deal closes we would have actually received an extra $.0925 or not $.34 but .$4335 plus the spinof shares valued at $.06

selling right now at anything under $.42 as of right now you are loosing money 




what i keep forgetting to mention is that Alamos pays a $.03 quarterly Dividend 

so take that into consideration as well
