My pitch to family offices

My pitch to family offices
This is one group of groups of investors I would target.

Some  of my experiences in the family office world .

Our family office belongs to for example a group of about 750 family offices who have the opportunity to invest in non public companies (no liquidity in the stock) in the technology sector which includes food , bio,  water and agri tech.

These offices are mostly diversified into others sectors in the economy. If they own bitcoin it would be a very small slice of their portfolio. They call themselves “generalist “ investors .
These people are all about the numbers and especially where the “puck is going “ With the stock market at record highs, these family offices have lots of spare cash to invest. Their coffers are overflowing. They are craving for investing ideas as their money must keep working. Remember they have no shareholders to report to as it’s their own money. They aren’t pigeonholed in their investing decisions.

If I had to give an elevator pitch to these family offices , it would go something along these lines.

Major shareholders in PG, amongst others, includes the government of Quebec thru their subsidiaries.

The recently released PEA shows a NPV of $10/ share with a cash cost of $841 US and AISC of $1038 US per ounce of gold .
Cash margin is 65% and AISC margin is 52% at $2200 /ounce of gold. The upside is a higher gold price. These margins are in the top percentile of gold producers.

It compares relatively well with the likes of a Nvda ( The darling of Wall Street) which has a gross profit margin of 72% and net profit margin of 48%.

The mine plan is described as “simplified “ which represents the worse case scenario. One could easily adjust this mine plan taking into account some of the following.
Exponential value would be attainable by drilling on the three recently acquired properties which yields up to 6g/t compared to the current head grade of 1.2g/t of gold.

This would result in the current capex falling dramatically…… ( other factors could include deferring development costs later in the LOM , ore sorting…)
An alternative solution maybe available thru contract area milling.
Etc ….

My point is Probe was a lot going on. Just need to highlight its strengths.

As I mentioned in my previous post

IMO Probe Gold could be the most beautiful and unique pearl in the world.
