Neutral rating??? Lol?Separately, CIBC lowered their target price on shares of Largo Resources from C$8.25 to C$7.00 and set a neutral rating for the company in a report on Wednesday, January 24th.

C$7.00 would be a triple in a year. I think that's a strong buy buddy, not neutral.
