I need to see if I can find in the Replicel News archives the N/R regarding the "Poisen Pill" and how it was presented.
As far as Shiseido I still am puzzled as to why they went to such great lengths and expense to fight Replicel and in so doing protect their right to proceed with their version of RCH-01 in Asia.  If they were not thrilled with the results of the second Trial they would simply walk away.
At this point if Shiseido made it's offer and it was in the range of $.25 I would reluctantly vote yes.
