Of course he cannot be a IQ nominee  who will be a Quebec resident

I wouldn't underestimate pride and greed.  I'm sure he will have a chance to participate in rich profits, but he's clearly a man that enjoys a good challenge.  That said, he's smart too, and wouldn't accept the position unless he felt he had the ability to influence change.  They obviously need him.  

In short, the only way I would accept that position is if I had a pre-cleared pathway to institute change.  I think we should think of this as a positive.

One thing I have to wonder about.  Why would someone with Zwick's seemingly considerable talent and experience possibly touch the like of Thera with a ten feet pole, let alone become a board member?
