RE:$0.xx incoming after those resultsdon't follow it closely but took a look for opportunities sake. what do you find surprising about it to suggest it is going to zero? it's clearly an asset sale story to me with the 3 properties held for sale:

"The Arcueil (fair value $85,703), Sabliere (fair value $27,493) and Baldi properties (fair value $26,762) are being marketed for sale as part of the REIT's previously announced asset recycling plan. "

if they can sell those it seems the REIT could be out of trouble and the unit price could spike.

they said the lenders were working with them cooperatively on the covenant violations so no immediate term risk there.

obviously a higher risk-high reward play going forward.

but europe is very close to cutting rates so have to think that will help sales.
