Abandonment? Looks like it.
This indicates to me that the executive and BoD have either given up all efforts to look after Bioasis in any manner, or that the neglect is intentional to allow other actions to take place without reporting them. Has Lind acquired the IP? It’s almost a year since the update on that, with the deadline for foreclosure then stated to be almost a year ago. Who owns the xB3 platform now?
I looked in my browser history and found that I had last visited the Bioasis website about a month ago, on February 27, 2024. As of that date the site was still making all of Bioasis’s historic claims about xB3 and the EGF stuff. I knew that Bioasis stock trading would soon be halted and I felt that as of February 27 the company was irresponsibly allowing the trading to take place despite the website and corporate presentation containing false information, more than I can be bothered to list here.
SSL certificates cost less than US$50.00, and are actually free with some web hosting services. The fact that the SSL Certificate has not been updated may be intentional to create the appearance of abandonment of Bioasis by its executive and BoD. A lot of questions come up as a result.
It should be noted that, as of Bioasis’s last press release in June 2023, the company was still stating the potential of xB3 and EGF in positive terms. The website did the same as late as February 27, 2024. I think regulators ought to begin investigating everything about Bioasis. I would welcome that and I would help in any way I can.
