Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. I wasn't saying it was going to zero - I was saying it is going under a buck. There is nothing positive in the PR I can see which will stop selling pressure. It's an illiquid stock so downward pressure will be magnified.

It's a classic show-me story.  As it  currently stands, the leasing part of the business is pretty much worthless.  The assets have value but will they need to be liquidated in a fire sale? The PR makes it clear that at this point it is about finding cashflow just to keep the lights on in the meantime. 


Still holding, though!
