RE:lol....last trade $0.37 but insiders says its worth $0.05Seems  likely  the seller can use  the tax loss  and  they  get an embarrasment  off their  books. Presumably the  insider  buyer  believes  he  is  picking  up  a bargain.  Perhaps  an  unwritten agreement  exists  that allows  the  seller   to  buy  back  the shares ?  sometime  in  the future ?
