Crazy upticks

Crazy upticksjust show the kind of moneymaking and moneylosing potential built in to some of these stocks.

It does appear that the US might move towards a more just system for marijuana and if it was the German progress that moved the needle as much as it has recently, think what will happen if the US makes a serious move to fix a bunch of less than adequate legislation that has everybody sitting on their dry powder in anticipation.

This legalization process is happening one State at a time at the expense of crippling the greenrush potential that promises to be a huge moneymaking event for smart investors in well managed companies.

When legalization gets hold at the Federal level, I expect 10x the greenrush that happened in Canada based on population alone.  Never mind that the non-legal States and the ultra law abiding investors probably have not invested in pot stocks and that could boost the 10x potential to 15x as they rush in for fomo.

There will be huge money made and huge money lost as marketforces of supply and demand take control of the event.

The underfinanced and those that can't raise enough money to survive legalization will succumb or be swallowed up.

If you are inclined to pick the small caps, choose wisely!

I think the big and mighty LPs and MSOs will lead the way to success because they are covering all of the bases with their brands and market tested skus and their potential to aim for pharma status.

Soft alcohol companies are concerned that they will have their lunch eaten by cannabinoid infused beverages that they have determined to be healthier than alcohol and most beer companies have already explored their future for this type of sku but seem to have backed off recently, I guess, waiting for more legal clarity and fair legislation to pave the way for their proper launch.

The potential is huge and too many players jumped in with too much supply and when the law of supply and demand gets in balance, the greenrush will thrive.
