But EBIDTA doesn't mean much when you don't take debt expense on the 400 mill and of course Taxes into account. i.e 200mill Ebitda might translate into 100 million free cashflow to be applied towards expansion. Just hope they don't jump the gun and start spedning too much on advancing the other properties. If I didn't think this was a good deal I wouldn't be a shareholder.
