On Oct 3 2023, Insider Parker acquired / took control of 2.02 m shares of PALI in a deal that was arranged on June 28 2023
On that same day in October of 2023, The parties had a mediation meeting but were unable to settle the case.
The Company anticipates that the case will not go to trial before 2026.
The temporal coincidence on which the share acquisition closed ( Oct 3 2023 ) is very telling as is the last statement that the case will not go to trial BEFORE 2026.
Will it ever go to trial because at the outcome of the discovery discussions on Oct 3 2023 it became obvious to PALI that the Plaintiffs had no legal case whatsoever ?
This seems obvious to me but that is only my inferential conclusion ......
