Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. Obviously Howard doesn't understand or care about the fact that they would succeed if he steps down as CEO.

Alternative events to save the day could be AbbVie product launch or anti-aging contract with up-front or Sirona Laboratories partner with disclosure about their investment.

That said I think they could be successful with the anti-cellulite clinical trial and their own product launch.

Maybe the "failure" to close the PP isn't a failure at all?

Maybe they have that partner for Sirona Labs?
