no .. I think Alamo's and AR are not conspiering, i think Young is using Alamos and its offer as a Pawn to solicit a better offer by someone else.
again as opposed to going to all possible players that may be interested in an aquisition to ask for offers, all from a position of weakness. he gets one to make a low offer in hopes the others will say "not on our watch"
if no other offers come in Alamos is paying fair value at this particular moment
and with the increase in Alamos SP going forward ( hopefully ) AR hareholders reap the rewards in the upside as we are getting .0185 shares no matter what price Alamos is hopefully more than $18.45
