RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SpinCo The problem is the .0185 ratio. If you did the same deal when Alamos was at $15 it would of been higher and a better and safer deal. Considering the benefits to Alamos, what would they have cared of doing say a .025 ratio. Give me a break, who negotiated this? If they said no, just come to current shareholders for another raise and see where we are in a couple of years. Bet higher than .38 cents! Just my opinion.
