Thank you for your valuable insight!

AI involvement in all things mining are going to bring cost down...I am pretty sure Mark Bristow et all (Agnico Eagle) can figure out a way to extract 30moz plus at a very accretive.
If I am right I think it will be more like Rio Tinto, Newmont, Agnico and Barrick...that buy Treaty Creek first and Seabridge later for 100m ounces and share production costs and reserves.
This will be the "new way"....good for Tudor but great for Teuton!

Because the world has forgotten about these assets I will make sure they know about them.
