RE:RE:RE:BMO Downgrade…. Thoughts? Wow . That is a serious downgrade for such a massive company . Remember these large banks are highly pressured to remain bullish in most economic scenarios. The smaller players in this sector including Quebecor only account for 10% market share but with government intervention are placing massive pressure on mobile and bundling prices . Government threatening legislation last year if telcos didn't reduce prices drastically, more a shameful political tactic than any real help to Canadians battling food and rent inflation .
