RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: AR villecrazytimes wrote: then how do you explain the break fee, the equity positions granted at low valuations, not releasing the drill results, and apparently if correct I believe someone said leaving that up to Alamos discretion in the future?????? lol. Sure, let's not even tell anyone about the increase in reserves?? Brilliant deal making moves???? lol Where can I get some of the koolaid you are drinking??? lol. Not to mention striking an all share deal when Alamos is at an all time high and AR is almost at an all time low! Right as gold is making a historic run?? Right after issuing yourself millions of shares???? lol. Amazing work! I personally really appreciate the incredible effort on behalf of shareholders! lol. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!!!! lol Just my opinion.
If another suitor comes along AR is obliged to disclose all aspects of the buisness to the company looking to make a counter offer , just as they had to disclose all pertinant info to Alamos when they were considering their offer.
Im sure if they held back anything and something showes up after the deal closes that may be considered negative there would be Lawsuits for non disclosure)
they may not be alowed or willing to do it publicly as part of the deal they made, but would not stop them from doing it if above happens
I am not saying that any of my previous posts regarding this counter offer are in anyway based on facts but it is a plausible Theory and we wont have to wait very long to find out if its correct or not!
