Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC.WT.A

Primary Symbol: V.RHC Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:As We Move Forward

RE:As We Move ForwardGreat questions for discussion. RHC  probably would post something  if plant was operating as designed. I don't think it would cause huge share price increase (it has been too long and the plant is overpriced and has underperformed for many months). There would be a little bump that would slowly fade. Another equity issue would punish shareholders and would not raise much money. They said the had cash to test val marie and ogema. They should do that first and see if they stuble  onto unexpectedly good results. No one would buy RHC at this point without getting an absolute bargain. Neither shareholders nor management would see much. A reorganization under BK seems more likely, shareholders would get nothing. My basis is 27 cents a share. First shares I bought were July 16, 2021. Seems longer. No one would buy RHC now except at huge bargain which would not help us or management. BK and reorganization seems more likely. I would not add more shares unless there was a fundamental change in story. Like a farm-in at Nazare for a royalty stream.  Or relly good results at Val Marie and contract with an industrial gas company like Linde to process and sell the gas. (the North American Helium model). Alas I fear Milley will be able to add shares at 15 cents canadian long before May 15. I personaly would only buy more if something very good happens, examples as given.  I am waiting as well, have not sold any ever. Don't have that much hope for this, But wouldn't get much selling it now. Maybe a hold right now will play out better than bailing at this low price. Maybe not.
