Antero Resources Corporation is an independent natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) company. What is the value of SpinCo?

I do not know the answer to this question. 

What I'm focused on is the assets that will be included in SpinCo and there potential value.  My next question for IR is:  "Will the Hardrock East Gold Project and Highland project be part of SpinCo?".

What is interesting to me is drilling results that showed "high-grade gold veins below the El Crestn open pit"  (see 2021 press release below).

Also the acquisition of the four mineral concessions immediately adjacent to the San Agustin pit made in 2021. 

Can SpinCo develop Cerro del Gallo?
