RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Selling Sort1 PlatformAssuming Zwick was recruited to smear some (maybe lots) of lipstick on our pig, then what is our little swine worth when the gavel is dropped at a livestock auction?
There have been several examples on this board of somewhat comparable buyouts mentioned that went for billions, so what would our little piggy fetch at market as of today or after maybe just meh TH1902 results, or drumroll please….good/great results?
I do not have the skillset to put a number down but here is my total WAG, at least $4B if PH1 results were just enough to squeal past the FDA for a TH1902 PH2 trial.

Never once have I been told that it is an extension of the university and their desire to fund jobs in Montreal. If that was the case, what did we need a $2 million a year CEO for?
There are all kinds of ways to bring in a partner to move forward into a phase 2 of 1902 if it looks like it has legs. There are also also numerous other way to execute and partner on clinical data. Surely we aren’t just here for the beer. Surely we must have invested all this time and money on the execution of what a company should do. And that is to exploit to the highest degree what assets we have. Surely a $2 million CEO doesn’t think that throwing it away for a few tens of millions of dollars and a future kicker is worth doing when the opportunity is in the billions. we can easily spool up an R&D centre and again easily. We know that. The skill set and education and labs and universities are there. But to just simply think that it’s appropriate to blow it all with a fat check and never participate and being in control of a platform we bought and paid and spent time waiting for simply to satisfy a short term mindset. I’m not here for the beer, I’m here for the whole thing or as much as we can get by leading it.

I said many times before that going solo is NOT an option....Partnering is a must

If they are able to find a buyer and get an upfront payment and milestone payments and a double digit royalty that would be FANTASTIC
Surprising that you cant see that
Mannequin wrote: I invested in the program and company not to just save their jobs so that they can sell it. That would be the only way they would ever do it. So that Paul can make his $2 million per year while somebody else gets rich if it works. If it doesn't work, they can dial it down, cut costs and still make money. Selling it would be ridiculous.
