Then vs now

On August 15, 2023 Snowline made a private placement worth $12 million. The stock went bearish and cratered at $3.95 (I was ******). Today Snowline makes a private placement worth $25 million and the stock barely budges. This tells me that most of the quick buck people have moved on. The investors who are left aren't phased by the news.
