RE:Shanghai silver part 2I actually think that the uncertainty surrounding Mexican permitting would actually help established developers such as SSV and DSV since their projects are advanced and not at risk of being denied like the newbie projects would be. Money should theoretically flow from the newer, riskier silver exploration projects to the safer, more advanced projects.
