RE:RE:FecI understand that there are 2 markets. There's the public market traded on public echanges and there's the non-public so-called over the counter (OTC) market where owners of shares trade privately out of public view. Both are legal. As owner of fec shares, for example, I could sell them to anybody outside of the public exchanges. Which law says that I can only sell shares on a public exchange. I thought that the existence of OTC aka "dark pool" markets was public knowledge.
Anyway yeah, OTC volume picking up. I wonder what it means?
