In my view for many years now, I see only on big giant mine in the area .

But any deal with Seabridge and the big boy is so hard to get for 2 reasons.

1. Seabridge is so big with their 180 millions of gold including all metals , fo rthis reason it may take a couple big boy to purchase them .

2. Mister R is so greedy and in my view this is why he can get a deal with anyone for the last 8 years
