What you need to appreciate for the NSR is that their is no dilution. There is no need for NSR holder to fund massive CAPEX! NSR runs with the property so even if TUD blew up, it would still remain.
FOr the Amigos, there still needs to be a mine to be built! I dont know what it will cost but I do know it will be in the billions!!!!! And while TUO has a free ride to production decision, once one is made TUO has to pay their pro-rata share of costs. THose costs must be factored into equity valuation (but not NSR valuation!!)
IF gold holds, the junior market will evenutally catch fire. Should be a lot of 10 and 20 baggers to be had.
