RE:RE:RE:Canadian Mining Journal

RE:RE:RE:Canadian Mining Journal"The Missionaries On Assignemt" are likely quite ecstatic about the NGC.V share price having been annihilated and they are likely even more overjoyed when thinking about the $0.09 "FIRE SALE" share price points attainable when that At The Market" type equity offering is initiated.

$11.73 Million dollars worth of NGC.V equities purchased at $0.09 by way of an "At The Market" equity offering would buy, at the very least, 50.1% of the company's equity control.
Perhaps you just don't realize what would be already afoot Harley103?
Management hasn't yet purchased any real serious amount of NGC.V shares. Their individual and collective interests are not alligned with other  NGC "minority" investors.
NGC paying roughly $55 Million for those Imerys SA  assets and then these "Missionaries On Assignment" collectively turning around and exchanging what would perhaps be controlling equity interest in NGC for over all $11.73 Million, at $0.09 per share . . .?
It's the NGC "At The Market" type "FIRE SALE"
