I was so right, this company looks to be driving it lower to go private was would they pump it lower in Q reports, and same person leading it to take over, very sad, Ithink he other guy was honest that's why he always took care of SH the best he could imo The retailer says its agreement will see Trilogy Retail Holdings Inc. and Trilogy Investments L.P. pay $2.50 per share in cash for the stake in Indigo they do not already own.
