RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Acreage shares

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Acreage sharesConstellation Brands STZ did put up $5 billion Canadian for less than half of Canopy.  They then ponied up more to get controlling shares.

Pretty sure Constellation guided Canopy to renegotiate the deal for Canopy to rto Acreage that was valued at $4 billion at the good times, down to $38 million or they would queer the deal.

At about this time the Acreage shares were split in to the A and B series that compounded the depreciation of the value of those shares for the Acreage investors.

As close as I can figure it is going to take 20 to 30 Acrg shares to rto 1 of the post consolidated Canopy shares and 30 to 40 for the floating shares for 1 Canopy.

At todays price that will crack out to be $8 to $12 to get you 1 fifteen dollar share of Canopy and $12 to $16 for the floating shares.

If those Canopy shares do the 10x sales volume that Klein mentioned on BNN when the shares were about $5 we could be allright.

For sure if this whole deal gets queered then it is plan B and there will be a bunch of happy Constellation shareholders that are building CUSA without worry from Canopy and Acreage shareholders.

That is about as creative as I get doing math extrapolations with the information I have been given.

All I know is that Canopy needs that deal to gel to do business in the US or we're done our investment here.

And that I hate reverse splits and never had one work for me.

That shortage of Canopy shares could be a wild card and if CUSA does well enough Klein could do a 10 for 1 to undo the fockover that he pulled off on us.  Would solve the sharefloat shortage that I see coming.

ps.  the way things are currently with Acreage's shareprice there should be a trade in there for cheap Acreage shares if they catch the value deserved by them.
