Can someone tell me the date that Qmet consolidated shares??

Can someone tell me the date that Qmet consolidated shares??I do know that after they did that reverse split of 10-1 it reduced the share count to what they claimed was a manageable 18,000,000 shares.   Is that share count still Eighteen Million shares or has it been diluted?????....Can an "Optimist" please let me know what the current share count is right now????Inquiring minds would like to know.....LOL...LOL...LOL...LOL...I bet NOBODY will answer this....tee hee....Qmet to ZERO????....OH YEAH!!!!
