Unless CRE finds a good deposit and increases the resources to change the economics don't see this to go $5 or close to.
The Play here was to sell last year, even in December @ $1 to save your capital.
Sure whoever buys now will make 3x (yes, looking at myself in the mirror and patting my back haha), anyone who entered last 3 years will be just looking to break even.
